1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on crx3d.co.za, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Ordering

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email and advise you of any out-of-stock items.

4. Payment

We accept payment via PayFast (credit/debit cards, instant EFT), Yoco, Ozow, and direct bank transfer (EFT). Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. All card transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered via The Courier Guy to addresses throughout South Africa. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for major centres and up to 7 business days for outlying areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. CRX3D is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock after payment, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund, backorder, or alternative product.

7. Product Warranties

Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Elegoo printers and consumables carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be directed to us in the first instance and we will facilitate the process.

8. Limitation of Liability

CRX3D's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, descriptions, and logos, is the property of CRX3D or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
